“About three years ago I noticed that my asthma was recurring. I had shortness of breath and allergy type symptoms.
We had a wet season and on two occasions that year our basement flooded after exceptional downpours. THis happened the previous year and the under the house pylons and the soil around them hadnt dried out. So in spite of using heaters and drying out the basement we had to wait to save up for drainage remediation under the house to take place. We now have an auto system which comes on automatically when any water comes under the house and the water is drained away immediately.
